"With the growth in the number of Small Businesses being established by Trades People and other single person Owner/Operators to take advantage of the Canterbury Rebuild, and the amount of work being available to them growing, there is a need for these businesses to have sound Advice and to establish sound Business Systems to ensure they can cope with what is often an exponential growth in their business. We have established and offer a service which will establish these systems and processes for them, and allow them to concentrate on providing the service they are trained to provide.

This need is bourne out by the increasing number of small businesses which are failing after a very short time, owing large sums to a range Creditors and failing to complete projects due to insufficient Cash Flow.
